Colossians   Chp. 1 Vs. 15-21

Paul tells the believers that Jesus is the image of God.

(When we look at Jesus—we see what God the Father is. Jesus is made of the same holy powers and knowledge of God the Father.)

Bible teachers explain “firstborn of all creation” means: Jesus’ rank or position as the head over all creation. Colossians 1:17 Says that Jesus is before all things—and by him all things consist.(exist, are).

There were others who came back from the dead—-lived awhile then died—and stayed dead.

When Jesus came back from the dead—and was alive again—he is still alive and will be forever.

This is called the resurrection in the Bible. Those who believe in Jesus and have had their sins forgiven—will some day be raised from the dead and live forever.

In all things—Jesus has preeminence —meaning “first place”.

It has pleased the Father that in Jesus— should the fullness of all things dwell (live, be).

5820. Vs. 20 (Believers) Having made p_________ through his b_________ of his cross—–by him he has reconciled (made things right) unto himself—-if those things are on earth or in heaven.
