Think on these things.
(This is an important verse to remember.
People who have mental problems need to do this.
People who want to have a calm mind and spirit—need to do this.
People who want to be happy and not feel heavy in their mind from worry and past mistakes—-need to do this.
Satan would tempt us to think of all the problems and bad things that happen —to us and to others. He wants us to be discouraged and upset and worried. Do not let this happen.
Follow what Paul says about what to think.
We choose every minute what we will think. Push away thoughts that will not help you. Give those bad thoughts to Jesus and ask him to keep them for you. You can not carry all that bad stuff in your mind. Choose to think good thoughts.)
