5205. Paul was asking the believers at Corinth—do you go to

5207. Vs. 2 If you will judge the world someday, why do you think you are _____________________ to judge small matters now?

5209. Vs. 3 How much more should you be able to judge things that are about this ______________.

5210. Vs. 4 If you need a judge for things in this life, then find a judge who is within the __________________.

Is there not a _______________ man among you?

(It seems their arguments must have been about someone cheating another about a money matter.)

5219. Vs. 11 Before you were saved and believed in Jesus—you did these same things.

But now you are ____________________.

In the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

5220. Paul now talks about eating meat and food offered to idols.

Vs. 12 All things are ____________________ unto me,
But not all things are expedient (wise) for me to do.

All things are lawful for me, Bit I will not allow myself to be brought under their power.

Vs. 13 M____________ for the belly, and belly for ___________.

In the end, God will destroy (do away ) with both of them.

In other chapters, Paul talks about eating meat offered to idols.
Paul says that he feels it is okay to eat it. He prays over it and thanks God for it.

But if he is with people who feel that it is wrong to eat the meat offered to idols—-he will not eat it—–so that he does not offend them (hurt their faith).

He feels it is lawful for him to eat it, but it is not always wise for him to eat it.

5221. Vs. 13 The body is not for f_____________________.

The body is for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.

5222. Vs. 14 God has raised up the L___________, and will also raise up _________ by his own power.

5223. Vs. 15 Don’t you know that your body is the member of Christ’s body?
Should I take the members of Christ’s body and use it to sin with a harlot (prostitute)?
May God never let that happen !

Vs/ 16 Don’t you know that when you join your body to the body of a harlot—you become one body?

(Jesus said : That a man shall leave his father and mother and shall cleave (join to, hold on to, stay with) his wife— and they shall be one flesh. Matthew 19:5)

Vs. 17 He that is joined to the L_______________ is one

5224. Vs. 18 Run away from f_____________________
(sexual sin).

Every sin that man does—is outside of his body.
But sexual sins are against his own body.

5225. Vs. 19 Don’t you know that your body is the t____________
(church—building for God to live in) of the

This Spirit in you —you have from God. You are not your
o____________. (Because you now belong to God.)

5226. Vs. 20 Because you were bought with a p_________.
