Romans Chp. 8 Vs.29-39
4956. Verse 29 God foreknew–knew before it happened—– and those people he predestinated —-planned for it to happen—–that they would be conformed (made) in the i______________ of his Son. The Son would be the f___________________ among many brethren.
4957. Verse 30 Those people that he predestinated—planned for it to happen —–because he knew what they would choose to believe in Jesus——those people he called. Those he called—he j____________________ or made just and right in God’s eyes.
Those whom he justified—–those people he g_____________________ or gave glory to.
4958. Verse 31 If God be ____________ us, who can be _______________________ us? (God is the greatest power—if He is for us—-who can go against God?)
4959. Verse 32 God did not spare (keep back) his own ____________, but delivered (gave him) for us all.
If God has done that, then he will freely give us ___________ __________________. (Meaning all things we need.)
4960. Verse 33 We are the “elect” or the ones chosen by God.
Who would accuse (blame) us?
It is God who has made us j_______________________ (just and right in God’s eyes.)
4961. Verse 34 Who can condemn us?
(Who can say we are still guilty of sin and need to die for our sin? God has forgiven it. We are made “right and just” in his eyes.)
Who can say it is not so?
It is Christ who has died and is risen again. He is at the r_______________ hand of God.
He makes i_____________________ for us. (intercession—to say to the Father God that we are no longer guilty.)
4962. Verse 35 Who can separate us from the love of C_____________?
Can tribulation (many bad troubles) separate us from Christ’s love?
Can p_______________________ (being treated badly or hurt or mocked) separate us from Christ’s love?
Can f________________ (little or no food) separate us? Can nakedness, or peril (trouble times like war) separate us?
Can the sword separate us from Christ’s love?
4963. Verse 36 It is written in the scriptures—-”For Thy sake, we are killed all the day long. We are like s________________ for the
S_________________________ (to be killed).
(Paul thought his life was like these sheep. The Jewish leaders were always looking to put Paul in jail or kill him.
Later, the Jewish leaders came after the other 12 disciples —–they all died for preaching about Jesus—except John who lived a long life but was in prison on an island for many years.)
4964. Verse 37 In all of these things—-in all of these bad things—-nothing can separate us from God—-
we are c_________________________ (winners—those who win). We do this by the strength of him who loved us.
4965. Verse 38 Paul said, “I am p______________________—(my mind in made up, I fully believe)—– that none of these things can separate us from the love of God.

Not powers, not things p____________________ , not things to come in the future.
