They had worshipped idols before. The had many things in their homes having to do with idols. They had books of magic and sayings having to do with spirit worship.
After they became believers—what did they do with these things?

These men have not robbed the temple, and they have not blasphemed the goddess of Diana. (blasphemed means to curse it—say bad evil things about it.)
If Demetrius and others have something against Paul and the other men—let him bring it to the courts.
This meeting and shouting—may get attention from the Roman governor and we will be guilty of making a riot. So you all need to go home.
