They remind him that the Philistines are stronger than Israel and they are telling Israel what to do. So why is he bothering the Philistines to make them angry.

The men of Israel tell Samson that they have agreed to take him to the Philistines. Samson said, "Okay, but do not punish me yourselves." So the men of Israel tied Samson up with new strong cords (ropes) and took him to the Philistines.

When the Philistine men saw that he had been brought to them tied up----they started to get him, but as they came near----God’s spirit came on Samson and he did what? Judges 15: 13, 14
